Insurance reinstatement contractors
Fire, flood and escape-of-water reinstatement for loss adjusters, insurers and homeowners across Surrey and Hampshire. Costed schedules and photo reporting.

When a home is damaged by fire, flood or escape of water, the policyholder needs it put back properly and the loss adjuster needs the job priced, documented and kept moving. We work for both.
We provide itemised reinstatement schedules, dated photo records through strip-out, drying and rebuild, and one named contact for the homeowner. All trades are handled by our own team, from make-safe to the final decoration.

Questions
Common questions
Do you work directly with loss adjusters?
Yes. We can price against your schedule or provide our own, report in the format you need, and keep you updated at each stage.
Can a homeowner choose their own contractor for an insurance claim?
Often, yes, depending on the policy and the insurer. If you have been offered a contractor but would rather use a local builder, ask your insurer or loss adjuster, and we can provide a quote for them to review.
Do you handle the drying-out?
Specialist drying is usually arranged by the insurer. We coordinate with the drying company so the rebuild starts as soon as the property is signed off as dry.
