Common questions
Can you work while the building is in use?
Yes. We phase the work, separate the working area and agree noisy or dusty work for evenings, weekends or holidays where needed.
Can you price against our tender documents?
Yes. Send the drawings, specification or schedule and we will price in your format and arrange a site visit.
Do you provide RAMS and insurance documents?
Yes. Risk assessments and method statements, insurance certificates and other documents are supplied on request. We carry £5m public liability cover.
