Create rear access and off-road parking, with a custom oak pergola, a porcelain patio with steps, and an open-fronted garden room beneath the patio.
02What we did
- Formed the new rear access and laid block paving for parking
- Built a custom oak pergola over the parking, with a roller garage door fitted to it
- Built the open-fronted outdoor garden room under the patio
- Laid the porcelain patio and built custom steps down to the parking
- Fitted a bespoke glass balustrade around the patio
- Installed full outdoor smart LED lighting with kinetic switches (wireless switches that need no batteries)
03The result
Off-road parking under oak with a roller door to close it off, and a porcelain patio with glass balustrade above a sheltered outdoor garden room. All of it is lit by smart LED lighting.
