The Challenge
The project was tricky due to limited access to the kitchen – this was again made harder due to some large structural steel installations.
Our Approach
We were awarded the contract of creating a new kitchen, dining, and snug area with a large aperture facing the garden to allow an open plan space with an area to entertain.
We were able to assist with the design, planning consent & enrolling building control officers. we worked closely with a local structural engineer to achieve the remodeling & internal alteration. Relocation of the kitchen, removal of a chimney breast.
Mechanical and electrical alterations and upgrades throughout the new areas. K-Rend exterior finish with Bespoke matt black Aluminum Bifolds.
